Ordering
When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing, and delivery address.
If there is any error in the order confirmation, you must contact us immediately via e-mail to [email protected].
Payment
We use Klarna & Swish as a payment partner. All orders are handled in each platform. We any returns / refunds will be refunded by Klarna alt Swish.
Companies have the opportunity to order against invoice. We provide 20 days payment terms. We charge a fee of SEK 89 to issue an invoice. We charge 8% in default interest.
Delivery
Our normal delivery times are 2-5 days. NOTE! Orders placed on weekends are sent no earlier than the following Monday. If order outside Sweden sometimes longer delivery can occur.
We have free shipping over 750 SEK within sweden. Under SEK 750, we charge shipping according to the following;
- Up to 100 grams; 59 SEK
- From 101 grams up to 250 grams; 69 SEK
- From 251 grams up to 500 grams; 79 SEK
- From 501 grams up to 1,000 grams; 89 SEK
- Up to 3,000 grams; 149 SEK

Orders to another EU country, shipping prices will be more expensive. The current price is shown at check-out at the checkout.
Companies that order pay a shipping fee from SEK 129 (ex VAT) within Sweden. Outside Sweden it will be more expensive. Please contact us on [email protected] fore daly prices.
When delivering goods, it happens that Postnord chooses to leave packages at the door / gate / letter box. If the customer wants another type of delivery, such as collection, it is the customer's responsibility to inform Postnord of this. When Postnord has delivered the goods to the specified address, Golfvante takes no further responsibility.
For delivery outside Sweden. Golfvante don’t take any responsibility for any problem that can occur with shipping. As damage goods or lost goods.
If you do not pick up your package from your agent, enter the wrong address or similar so the that the package is returned to us, we will charge SEK 120 to cover our handling costs for shipments within Sweden. When ordering outside of Sweden, we charge SEK 250.
Prices
All prices in the store are include 25% VAT. One can actively choose that certain price in exclusive of VAT.
We reserve the right to change prices caused by price changes from suppliers, printing errors in the price list and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and we reserve the right to adjust the price.
Discount codes
Golfvante offers from time to time discount codes to individuals and companies. These codes may only be used by those to whom the code relates and will only be valid after Golfvante approves transactions in connection with the shipment of the product.
The confirmation email sent in connection with the order is valid as confirmation that the customer receives a discount.
Gift cards are valid for 365 days from the time of purchase.
Right of withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered. Does not apply to companies.
When selling defective goods (2nd grade), the right of exchange or warranty on the products does not apply.
Right of withdrawal does not apply to companies.
Use your right to withdrawal:
You must announce that you want to withdraw our purchase. The message should be sent to [email protected]. In your message, your name, address, e-mail address, order number and which goods the return applies to must be clearly stated.
You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days after the cancellation notice: Golfvante, c / o Spaniol Holding AB, Byggmästaregatan 131, 233 43 Svedala.
You are responsible for return shipping cost.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Products that have been sealed (sealed) for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal (sealing) has been broken by you.
Specially made product, which has been tailor-made for you or has a clear personal touch to your wishes.
Services that have been completed and where you have expressly agreed to the service being started without the right of withdrawal.

Complaints and complaints
We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or incorrectly shipped when it arrives, we undertake in accordance with current consumer protection legislation to rectify the defect free of charge.
You must always contact us for an approval before returning a defective item.
The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.
Improper use of golf gloves
We take no responsibility for damage that occurs when the customer has used a golf glove that is too small or too large. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure upon delivery that the purchased golf glove is correct. In order for a golf glove to withstand the stresses to which it is exposed, the glove must fit properly.
Golfvante do not replace a golf glove that has broken when there are clear traces of use. A golf glove is a consumable good.
Material
All our golf gloves is made from materials that are standard in the industry. Most of our golf gloves are made of leather, but other materials can also be used, such as synthetic leather and fabric. Gloves that are colored can in some cases release color / stain. This usually applies to gloves that have strong colors. Golf gloves do not take any responsibility for any damage that occurs from paint that release from glove.
How do you proceed with a complaint?
Any errors and defects must always be reported to [email protected] where you state your name, address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the error.
We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints, we follow guidelines from the General Complaints Board, see www.arn.se.
Companies that are resellers to Golfvante are responsible for complaints to end customers.
Limitation of liability
We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product.
We do not accept responsibility for delays / errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, labor dispute, fire, war, government decision, reduced or no delivery from supplier.
Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products / product properties that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
Product information
We reserve the right to make printing errors on this website. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the screen, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to expose the products as accurately as possible.
