Albin Tidén finishes in the top 20 after a strong weekend at Söderslätt

The FootJoy Skåne Challenge at Söderslätts GK is now over, and the weekend offered both adversity and revenge for our two Team Golfvante players.
The tournament was won by Carl Härdin (Barsebäck Golf & Resort) with a brilliant 202 strokes (-14), after rounds of 69, 67 and 66.
Oscar Abrahamsson started the tournament strong with a round of 68 (-4) and an impressive finish with three birdies on the last three holes, which took him to seventh place after round one. Unfortunately, round two was tougher – a round of 75 meant the total landed at -1, and Oscar found himself missing the qualifying cutoff for the decisive third round. It wasn't the weekend we had hoped for, but we know Oscar will come back stronger.

Albin Tidén, who plays with his own signature glove Albin "AT" Tidén that we developed together, had a completely different journey through the weekend. After a round one of 71 strokes (-1) – saved by two nice eagles – Albin really took off in round two. A strong round of 68 (-4) shot him straight up the leaderboard, and he kept the same level through the final round with another 71 strokes.

Albin finished the tournament with a total of 210 strokes (-6) and a shared 20th place – a really strong climb from the starting position after round one. The game was stable and safe throughout the weekend, and it feels like Albin really found his rhythm at Söderslätt.

As always, Oscar plays with our tour glove Estándar , while Albin rides his own "AT" . Congratulations Albin on a really strong weekend – now we're aiming for the next competition!
