Exchange policy

Changing size or model

We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you want to change the size or model, please place a new order and return the product you do not want to keep.

Here's how you do it

1. Place a new order
   Order the size or model you want at Golfvante.com. We recommend that you do this first to ensure that the product is still in stock.
2. Register your return
   Register the return here:

   The return is handled according to our return policy:

3. Skip the return fee
   If the return is for an exchange, we will normally cover the return shipping fee. Please include a note in the return package with both your previous order number and your new order number so we can link the orders.

The product being returned must be well packaged, in its original packaging and in substantially unchanged condition. Golf gloves may be gently tried on to check size and fit, but must not have been used in play or show signs of use, wear or dirt.

Once we have received and approved the return, we will refund the amount according to our returns policy. If the above instructions have been followed, there is normally no return fee charged for exchanges.
