We do not offer traditional in-store exchanges. Instead, you place a new order in the correct size or model and return the product you do not want to keep. It is easy, fast and you do not have to wait for the old item to be registered before the new one is shipped.
1. Place a new order
Order your desired size or model at golfvante.com. We recommend that you do this immediately, so that the item does not run out of stock.
2. Register the return of the old product

3. Label the package with both order numbers
Please include a note in the return package with both the original order number and the order number for the new order. This is what allows us to link the two orders and waive the return fee. Without the note, the return will be treated as a regular return and the regular return fee will be deducted.
4. Send the package
You are responsible for returning the product to us, to the address below. We do not charge a return fee for exchanges, but you are responsible for the shipping to us. If you would like to use a QR code from PostNord for easier delivery instead, it costs 119 SEK, a separate service that applies regardless of whether it is an exchange or a regular return. Please note: We use an external return service, which means that the return cost is relatively high. In many cases, it will be cheaper to arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself.

The product must be well packaged, in its original packaging and in substantially unchanged condition. Golf gloves may be gently tried on to check size and fit, but must not have been used in play or show signs of wear or dirt.
Once we have received and approved the return, the amount will be refunded according to our return policy, normally within 7 days. If the note with both order numbers is included with the package, no return fee will be charged.
