How to make a return

1. Please contact us via [email protected] before returning the item.
2. Please provide your name, order number and which products the return applies to.
3. Pack the item well and mark the shipment clearly with your order number.
4. Send the return within 14 days of notifying us that you want to use the right of withdrawal.

In order for us to handle the return correctly, we ask that you always contact us before sending the item back.

Return fees

When returning or exercising the right of withdrawal, a return fee will be added and deducted from the refund amount.

• Sweden: 59 SEK
• EU & Norway: 89 SEK

When returning 5 items or more, an increased return fee will be charged due to increased handling and control.

• Sweden: 75 SEK
• EU & Norway: 105 SEK

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed. Within Sweden, we can in some cases offer a QR code for smooth returns via PostNord agents.

When using a QR code for returns, a cost of 69 SEK will be added, which will be deducted from the refund amount instead of the customer booking return shipping themselves.

The customer is responsible for the return and the products until the shipment has been received and registered by Golfvante. We therefore recommend that the return is sent with tracking and well packaged.

Product condition upon return

The product must be returned well packaged, in its original packaging and in a substantially unchanged condition. The original packaging must be complete and in an undamaged condition. If the original packaging is damaged, taped, missing or can no longer be used for resale, Golfvante has the right to deduct from the refund amount the amount of the decrease in value.

Golf gloves may be carefully tried on to determine size and fit. Golf gloves that have been used in play or that show signs of use, wear, dirt or impact on the material and fit may be considered to have diminished in value and can no longer be sold as new. In such cases, Golfvante has the right to deduct from the refund the amount corresponding to the decrease in value of the product or refuse the return if the product is no longer in saleable condition.

Refund

Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received the return or you have shown that the goods have been sent back.

In the event of a full return, the price of the item and any original standard shipping will be refunded, less any applicable return fee and any reduction in value.

In the event of a partial return, any original delivery cost will not be refunded. A return fee will also be added to the partial return and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Change

When changing size or model, you follow the same process as for returns. You can place a new order at any time – either before or after the refund has been processed.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalized products.
• Sealed products where the seal has been broken and the product cannot be appropriately returned for health or hygiene reasons.
• Corporate acquisition.

If you have received a faulty or damaged product, please contact us via [email protected] and we will assist you further. If the complaint is approved, Golfvante will be responsible for the costs associated with the complaint.
