Return and Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges – International Orders

At Golfvante, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. For orders shipped outside Sweden, all returns and exchanges are handled directly by the customer. Please note that we do not provide QR codes or prepaid return labels for international returns.

(QR codes and PostNord agent returns are available only within Sweden.)

How a return works – step by step

  1. Pack the item securely and keep it in unused, resalable condition.
  2. Clearly mark the return with your order number (on the package or on a note inside).
  3. Send the return using a shipping method of your choice to the return address below.

Refunds

Once we have received and approved the return, a refund will be issued via Klarna.

  • Original shipping costs from your order are not refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as the customer is responsible for the return until it reaches our return address.
  • Golfvante is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipping.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges for international orders. If you want a different size or model, please return the original item first. Once your return is received and approved, we will refund you according to our refund policy.

You may place a new order for your preferred model/size at any time — either before or after you receive the refund. The new order is placed as a normal purchase in our webshop.

Please note: No free shipping or special shipping terms apply to exchanges. Shipping costs for the new order are charged as usual.

Important terms and conditions

  • Items must be returned unused, in resalable condition, with all labels and original packaging intact.
  • Returns must be sent within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • Refunds are processed only after the return has been received and approved.
  • The customer is fully responsible for return shipping and any associated costs.
