Return Policy

At Golfvante we want you to feel secure with your purchase. As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order (does not apply to corporate purchases).

How to make a return

1. Register the return

You have plenty of time: the return window is open for 28 days from the date of order, which is longer than the statutory withdrawal period. Once the window has closed, it is no longer possible to register or initiate a return.

2. Return the item within 14 days
After the return is registered, you have 14 days to send it back. You are responsible for the package until we receive it, so please send it with tracking and save the delivery receipt.

3. Make sure the product meets the conditions
The product must be well packaged and in its original packaging. You may gently try on golf gloves to check size and fit, just like in a physical store, but they must not have been used in play or show signs of wear, dirt or other use. If the product is used more than necessary, we may make a deduction for depreciation.

4. We will deduct the return fee from the refund
A return fee is always deducted from the refund, it covers part of our handling, checking and recovery:

Customers in Sweden can contact us at [email protected] to receive a digital QR code from PostNord. You can then simply drop off the return package at a PostNord representative without having to print a return label.

This service costs SEK 119, which is deducted from the refund. Please note that PostNord's QR return is normally more expensive than purchasing the return shipping yourself. In most cases, it will therefore be cheaper to arrange the return shipping yourself.

How the refund works

We will refund within 7 days of you notifying us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, but we have the right to wait until we have received the goods back. The amount will be deducted from the return fee and any reduction in value. Other things to know:

• In the case of a complete return, the original standard shipping will also be refunded, but not a more expensive delivery option you may have chosen.
• In the event of a partial return, the original delivery cost will not be refunded.
• Refunds are normally made using the same payment method as the purchase.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to specially manufactured or personalized products, products with statutory exemptions, or corporate purchases.
