At Golfvante we want you to feel secure with your purchase. As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. The right of withdrawal does not apply to business purchases.

The return must be registered and sent back within 14 days of you notifying us that you want to exercise your right of withdrawal.
The product must be returned well packaged, in its original packaging and in substantially unchanged condition. Golf gloves may be carefully tried on to check size and fit, but products that have been used in play or show signs of use, wear or dirt can no longer be sold as new. In such cases, Golfvante has the right to make a deduction for depreciation or refuse the return.
The customer is responsible for the return until it has been received and registered by Golfvante. We therefore recommend that the return be sent with tracking.
When returning, a return fee will be added and deducted from the refund amount. The fee covers part of the costs for handling, checking and restoring the product.

For customers in Sweden , we can offer a digital QR code from PostNord. With the QR code, you can easily hand in your return at a PostNord representative without having to print out a shipping label. The cost of this service is 75 SEK and deducted from the refund amount. Contact us at [email protected] if you would like to use this return solution. QR code is only offered for returns from Sweden.

Refunds will be made no later than 14 days from the date we receive the return or from the date you have shown that the item has been sent back.
In the event of a full return, the price of the item and any original standard shipping will be refunded, less any return fee and any reduction in value. In the event of a partial return, any original delivery cost will not be refunded.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to specially made or personalized products, sealed products where the seal has been broken for hygiene or health reasons, and corporate purchases.
