Warranty claim – golf gloves

To help us handle your claim quickly and correctly, we need the right information. Please follow the steps below and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Quick guide

  • Manufacturing defect = warranty claim
  • Wear and tear = normally not a warranty claim
  • Goodwill: up to 2 rounds / approx. 300 shots

When can it be a warranty claim?

A warranty claim applies to manufacturing defects, for example:

  • Stitching coming loose before the glove has been used
  • Other defects that appear immediately upon first use

Golf gloves are a wear item. Normal wear (e.g. holes or abrasion after play) or damage caused by grip, size, or handling is normally not considered a warranty claim. Different models are designed for different feel and playing styles – and therefore have different durability.

A grip where the palm is actively used (which many golfers do) significantly affects the glove’s lifespan.

Our goodwill assessment

If the glove breaks early and is assessed to have been used to a limited extent (approximately up to 2 rounds / around 300 shots), we can review the case and sometimes help as a gesture of goodwill. Each case is assessed individually.

After approximately 300 shots, the glove is clearly used. This is normally considered wear and tear, and we therefore usually cannot assist. However, if you still suspect a manufacturing defect – please email us and we will always make an assessment.
